Does anyone identify of a Rifle scope that has BDC(bullet drop compensator) calibrated for the 7mm rem mag?. I know there are mil dot scopes and "built in" align finder scopes but I am looking for one that has the dial you can turn for the specified distance. Thanks

What company makes the best rifle scope that is adjustable and wide angle?

I would like to grasp a scope to put on a rifle. I would like to practice long range shooting. 500 yrds. I like the wide perspective fish for view. I like the adjustable focus/zoom. I owned a simmons many years ago, and I have heard that Leupolds are moral. What about Zeiss? what is the best scope? My Scope budget is a $1000.00 limit. Any Suggestion or personel favorites,comments and suggest is welcome!

If you are looking for a great value (relative to what you are getting, although they are not necessarily cheap in price) do yourself a favor and verify out Bushnell's Elite series 4200 and 6500, the 6500 would probably address your specific needs surpass out of these two choices (complete with a great warranty,a one year refund if not completely satisfied than a limited lifetime covenant thereafter as well as their awesome Rainguard water repellent lens coating).
The Zeiss Conquest is also excellent and of progression a good Leupold will serve you well (VX-III or higher), but you will generally pay more money for these brands for the same or less features than what you will get for less money in the Bushnell Elite series. However with your budget you should have no unruly getting what you want regardless of which of these brands you choose.
