Who makes a better Weaver scope mount?

I have a Remington 597 .17 hmr. It has a Architecture glyph on the receiver, which I am currently using since the Simmons Weaver base I am using will not tighten down. I don't think Loc Tite on the turn will work until the screws can be snugged down.
The screws will screw into the holes tightly by themselves, but they will not snug up with the Weaver base made by Simmons. Maybe the screws that came with the station are just a little too short. any suggestion?
The Tip Off channel on your rifles receiver will work, but then you have to make sure whatever rings you use clamp pretty tightly into that scratch so they don't move and throw off your scope.
As a Gunsmith I would suggest you replace your scope base with an actual "Weaver Base" made by Weaver and not the Simmons "Transcript" of the Weaver you have now. Simmons scope base screws are shorter in length (You have already picked up on that) and the Weaver Base and screws are lifelike length for your Remington 597. You can get an "Original" Weaver Base from the below listed website for about $7
Memorialize, Tip Off Scope bases were designed originally for 22 caliber rifles and weren't really designed as a decent base for a .17HMR Rifle....

A straightforward sinewave, synthesised on the Arduino by using the PWM (pulse-width modulation) toilet. Same Y scale as the photo of the filtered PWM signal, but a much slower timebase. Fuzziness of the signal is duw to residuary, un-filtered-out, PWM signal at 31.25kHz.
A false vibraphone, synthesised on the Arduino by using the PWM (pulse-width modulation) readiness. Same Y scale as the photo of the filtered PWM signal, but a much slower timebase. Fuzziness of the signal is duw to remaining, un-filtered-out, PWM signal at 31.25kHz.
This triangle signify is the residual PWM signal (originally a square wave) after filtering through a simple RC network. The resistor is 1kΩ and the capacitor is 68nF. Amplitude of the 31.25kHz signal is about 0.6V. This seems a bit much to me, so I present to try a more sophisticated...
