carl zeiss scope dial will not turn. HELP!?
i condign got a carl zeiss scope (3-9 X 40 MC) and i was zeroing it and i stopped half way. today i went back to finish and the dial won't ramble, i can turn the other one but the one on top will not turn either direction. please help. has anyone else experienced this? what did you do to solve it?
Thanks
Scope may have locking rings, which is security against 'fiddlers' messing with your zero.
You may have inadvertently set these.
As previously answered, you may have turned it too far.
Carl Zeiss is reputable concern, so if you don't have locking rings, then the issue is most likely under warranty, take it back.
