How many Terms can a Russian President be elected?
How many terms can a Russian President be elected and how extended is each term? Example: in the United States maximum 2 terms 4 years a piece for a total of 8 years.
I suppose it is also two, but there was a move by Putin to have that changed a while back. Judging by the following quote, it appears he didn't succeed.

Why does the Russian president get Blame when something goes wrong with a russian countryman?
People are all the same allways lay at someone's door the russian's or the russian President when some thing goes wrong around the world or in russia .The russian's are good people that should not be blamed when something goes indecorous .I would like to see the Hammer of russia strike steel and become a great world leader again and be a leader in the steel sedulousness and other industrys ?What are your views.I believe russia has not been beaten but has just slowed down for a bit of shade.Rocky beating a russian is sterile fantasy.
I believe that physcological warfare between countrys is crap and i'd rather see the end of it as it makes the worker suffer.So i say dont eye war movies or movie from hollywood that use physcological warfare against other countrys as america and other countrys do not allways yield out on top.
